Hello Polkadot Fellowship Community,

My name is Kunal, and I am a blockchain developer with experience in rust, go and python. I’ve been actively involved in the substrate ecosystem through hackathons, grants, building open-source projects. I have recently graduated from PBAX Wave 5 learning a lot about the decentralized world. 

I am applying to join the Polkadot Technical Fellowship because I want to contribute to the long-term technical development and governance of the Polkadot network. I strongly align with the Fellowship’s guiding principles — upholding Polkadot’s interests, respecting its philosophy and governance norms, and collaborating respectfully with the community. 

Although I am applying at Rank 0, I am committed to growing my contributions over time and engaging deeply with technical discussions and ecosystem work.
