Dear Fellowship,

Following is my application to join the Polkadot Fellowship as a candidate.

My name is Karol Kokoszka, I’m a software engineer with 10+ years of experience, mostly as embedded linux-based systems developer (Buildroot, yocto, C++, python, bash) and DevOps (AWS Cloud, Docker, K8s, CI/CD systems).

I have only recently started my web3/blockchain career by joining Parity Technologies but prior to this I have:

- successfully graduated from PBA Singapore (with distinction) https://assethub-polkadot.subscan.io/nft_item/171-12

- completed Web3 grant about ink/evm smart contracts benchmarking - https://github.com/paritytech/smart-bench

My recent contributions are mostly related to XCM area (tests, benchmarking, utils) within polkadot-sdk, fellowship runtimes and polkadot ecosystem tests:
- https://github.com/polkadot-fellows/runtimes/pulls?q=is%3Apr+author%3Akarolk91+
- https://github.com/open-web3-stack/polkadot-ecosystem-tests/pulls?q=is%3Apr+author%3Akarolk91+

It would be an honor and a next step to my career development to join Fellowship community. Looking forward to your positive consideration of this application.
